                                 Contract Professionals -- Waterford, MI
                                 Assigned to the Visteon Automotive Global Y2K (Year 2000 Computer Bug Remediation) Team. 

        This unique experience includes, research of Control System Compliancy Issues, 
        Internet Web-Page Development, and Business Contingency Planning. 

           1.  Maintained world wide data base for Y2K related issues concerning control 
                system equipment used by Visteon. 
           2.  Participated in regular corporate meetings to address any and all issues regarding the Y2K 
                program for Visteon -- especially those issues which may involve manufacturing floor equipment. 
           3.  Acted as a corporate level consultant to the various plants (world wide) to provide aide in 
                addressing any and all issues concerning control systems and Y2K. 
           4.  Maintained the Visteon corporate Y2K Business Contingency Planning web-page. 
                This was an archive of the Y2K Contingency Plans for many of the Visteon sites all around the world. 
           5.  Provided a service for quick scanning of PLC software code to help isolate possible date related

              which was displayed at the 1990 International Machine Tool Show (IMTS) in Chicago, IL.

           1.  Designed Control system hardware and software for Multi-axis EDM and Laser Machining
                systems, for aircraft and automotive applications. 
           2.  PLC&rsquos include Allen Bradley PLC 5, and Modicon 984. 
           3.  CNC&rsquos include Allen Bradley and Fanuc (Multi-axis models).

     V.  Feb. 1990 to March 1990 (Rapid Design Service)
             Assigned to Motor Wheel Corporation in Ypsilanti, MI. Hired back from The Rassy Corp. (2/90). 

           1.  Made control system design changes for re-tool of several old (1970&rsquos equipment) 
                transfer lines in the plant. All changes where made with original hardwired relay logic 
                (The old fashioned way. No processors). 
           3.  Worked on Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Electrical. 
 

     VI.  June 1988 to Feb. 1989 (Rapid Design Service)
              Assigned to Howmet Turbine Components Alloy Division in Plymouth, Michigan.

              Had total responsibility for Electrical Engineering Activities at Howmet. This assignment resulted in an offer 
              for permanent employment with the client (Howmet Corp.). Picked up with JIC Inc. on 2/89. 

           1.  Designed Control system hardware and software for foundry equipment. 
                This includes vacuum chambers (below 1mm Hg), magnetic induction heating equipment
                and Hot Melt extrusion equipment (extrusion of metal bars). 
           2.  PLC&rsquos include Allen Bradley (Ladder Logic), and Eagle Signal (Boolean logic format). 
           3.  Worked on Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical, and software development. 
           4.  Used Autocad software for panel layouts and hardware drawings.

           Designed a Hazardous Waste Disposal system for St. Mary&rsquos Cement Corp. in Detroit, MI. 

           At the conclusion of this assignment, a counter offer for employment was made by 
           Rapid Design Service Inc. (See above -- Feb. 1990). 

           1.  Designed Control system hardware and software for a Supplemental Fuel Delivery System on a cement kiln. 
                The &ldquosupplemental fuel&rdquo consisted of  a random mix of flammable industrial waste materials
           2.  Worked with Allen Bradley PLC 5.
